Shipping
& Handling

We work with trusted shipping partner USPS to deliver your artwork promptly, usually in less than 5 days. You’ll receive a tracking number and your artwork will be fully insured to protect your investment.

Shipping and handling to your specific address will be calculated when your price quote is generated. Usually between $40 - $70.

We only ship to the US contiguous 48 states.

FAQs

  • Email us using the form below. Select a size, choose a frame option and attach photos of your furry family member. We’ll respond with a full price quote. Or, if you have questions, just send a message using the same form.

  • Between painting and shipping, it will take about 3 weeks.

  • Oil paint is slow drying, as is the varnish that protects the painting. The painting must be dry to the touch. When you add delivery, it takes about 3 weeks.

  • Linen is a type of canvas that has a smaller weave and less texture. We use linen for the smaller paintings so the texture is not as prominent and distracting.

  • Send your favorite photos. More photos helps us understand what makes your pet special. We can also make recommendations on what will best show off your pet.

  • A frame shows off your painting, setting it off as a work to be acknowledged. The right style compliments the art as well as reflecting your personal taste. A frame also adds structural ridgitity and protection to the painting by protecting the corners as well as the canvas in the event of a fall.

  • You will be sent an email invoice from Squareup and pay them through a secure link. We will never have access to your credit card information.

  • Half of the painting cost is due before work can begin. The balance is due upon completion, and then your one of a kind art will be shipped.

  • Before we ship the final work to you, you’ll receive a email with a photo of the painting for approval.

  • We can give you a custom price quote for a collage of portraits on one canvas. In short, each additional pet will add to the overall price.

  • Changes to frame choices will affect the price and timing, possibly causing delays. It’s best to let us know as soon as possible.

  • Oil paint takes a long time to fully dry. Your painting will be dry to a light touch but refrain from touching the surface. Display your painting out of direct sunlight. UV rays will distort the colors over time. Keep it away from fireplaces and candles where soot can accumulate. When needed, dust lightly with a feather duster or microfiber towel. Never use any type of cleaner. Keep away from very humid conditions such as a basement. In the event of major damage, consult a restoration specialist.

  • We cannot accept returns. Each painting is one of a kind. Your painting is not an item that can be put back on the shelf for someone else to buy. It only has value to you. Once work has begun, if you want to cancel the order, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
